Shipping Processing

The processing time for orders is 1-7 business days. Once processed your items will be shipped by the delivery speed of your choosing. Using general shipping practices , you can expect a delivery time within the United States of 1-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back in charges, once the package has exited the United States.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on like for like items. Returns are accepted for damaged items only and will be replaced with the same item. If the item is no longer available we will offer a like for like solution that best fits your order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this with your return to be eligible for reshipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email of approval and when you can expect your new item to arrive. We do not provide a refund or offer like for like swaps or exchanges for incorrect size or color options. 

Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive free priority shipping on your new item to ensure prompt reception.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure reception.

All returns must be submitted within 14 days of reception. Please contact shipping carrier for packages lost in transit. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or size, or color exchanges. Measurements or guided verbiage are listed for most products in its description. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for shipping costs.
